Who we are.

Codo is responsible for the data you leave with us through this site and in our contact with you. This statement covers codo.nl and the emails, phone calls and meetings that follow from it.
Which data we process.
When you request an AI scan, you enter your first name, last name and email address, and if you like your phone number and the situation your company is in. When you email or call us, we keep your contact details and what we discussed.
When you visit the site, we record which pages you view, for how long, from which device and through which source you arrived. We use cookies for that. For business visitors, the company can be recognised from the IP address of the network. Which cookies these are is in our cookie statement.
When you work with us, we also process the data needed for the assignment and our administration: contact persons, appointments, quotes and invoices.
What we use your data for.
To plan your AI scan and contact you about your request. To carry out the assignment and do the administration when you become a client. To see how the site is used and to improve it. And, when you are a client or contact, to send you something now and then that matters for your company. You can unsubscribe from that with every message.
We do this on the basis of our agreement with you, your consent, our legitimate interest in offering and improving our services, or because the law requires it of us. We never sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
How long we keep your data.
We keep the data of a request or contact moment for as long as we are in touch and up to two years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Data that belongs to an assignment we keep while the assignment runs and afterwards for as long as needed to honour our agreements. Invoices and other administration we keep for seven years, because the Dutch tax authority requires it. Visit data we keep no longer than the lifetime of the cookie it was collected with.
Who we share data with.
Our site, our CRM, our forms and our email run on HubSpot. Everything you enter on the site or share with us is stored there, in a data centre in the European Union. We have a data processing agreement with HubSpot.
To measure visits to the site we also use Google Analytics, Leadinfo and Lucky Orange. These parties only receive visit data, no forms or emails. Beyond that, we share your data only with parties we need to do our work, such as our accountant, and when the law obliges us to. With every party that processes data on our behalf, we make agreements about its security and use.
Cookies.
The site places cookies to work properly and to see how it is used. Which cookies these are, what they do, how long they stay and how you refuse them is in our cookie statement.
Your rights.
You can always ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, have its use restricted, object to its use, and receive your data in a readable file to take with you. Consent you have given us can be withdrawn at any time.
Email your request to info@codo.nl. We respond within a month. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
