What cookies are.

A cookie is a small file a website places on your computer or phone. On your next visit the site reads that file again. That is how the site recognises your browser and remembers, for example, which language you chose or that you have been here before. Some cookies are needed to make the site work, others we use to see how the site is used.

Which cookies we place.

Needed for the site. Our site runs on HubSpot. HubSpot places a few cookies the site needs to work and stay secure: __cf_bm and _cfuvid (protection against abuse, thirty minutes to one session), hs_langswitcher_choice (your language choice, two years) and __hs_opt_out and __hs_do_not_track (your choice not to be tracked, six months).

HubSpot statistics. With these cookies we see which pages are viewed and whether a visitor has been here before: __hstc (six months), hubspotutk (six months), __hssc (thirty minutes) and __hssrc (session). When you fill in a form, HubSpot links your visit to your request, so we know how you found us.

Statistics from others. Google Analytics measures how many visitors the site has and what they view, with the cookies _ga and _ga_ followed by a code (two years). Leadinfo recognises the company of business visitors from the IP address, with cookies starting with _li_ (up to one year). Lucky Orange shows us how visitors move across a page, with cookies starting with _lo_ (up to two years). What you enter in the form is never recorded by these.

What we use them for.

To make the site work properly and securely and to remember your language choice. To see how the site is used, which pages work well and which do not, and to improve the site accordingly. And to know through which route a request comes in, so we spend our time on the right things. We do not use cookies to show you ads on other sites.

Cookies from others.

HubSpot, Google, Leadinfo and Lucky Orange place their cookies through our site and process the data on our behalf. Exactly what they record and how long they keep it is in their own privacy statements: HubSpot, Google, Leadinfo and Lucky Orange. This site has no social media buttons or videos that place cookies.

Changing your choice.

If you do not want cookies, set your browser to refuse them or to delete them after every visit. You find this in the settings under privacy, slightly different in every browser. Cookies already on your device you delete there as well. The site keeps working, it just no longer remembers your language choice. If you want us to delete data already recorded about your visit, email info@codo.nl.
